Our delicious Imqaret... Sweetened with Dates, scented with Aniseed and perfumed with Maltese Anisette liqueur.

Perfectly deep fried straight from frozen for a few seconds each side in 200°C oil. Left to cool and lightly dusted with icing sugar. ❤️😋 They can also be baked (always from frozen) for about 15-20 minutes in a 200°C preheated oven.

You can serve them with Vanilla ice cream or go British and serve them with Clotted Cream. You can even dunk them in warm custard but don't tell anyone about this as it is a Ramandalicious secret 😉🤭
